Note: Before fix the screws into the joist or cladding,you must pre-drill holes on the joist and cladding.
Fix the joist to the wall
Use expansion screws to fix the ET9004 joist (or aluminum joist) to the wall.
The distance between the screws is 400-500mm.
The distance between the joists is 450-500mm.
Install the Starter ET9216G
The screws must be fixed in the middle of the screw position line, and make sure the screws are fixed into the joist.
Pay attention to the flat installation and follow the principle of horizontal and vertical.
Install the Wall Panel ET9220G one by one
After fixing the Starter board, then fix the cladding boards one by one. Pay attention whether the boards are put into the previous boards correctly by observing the connection gap. Otherwise, use a rubber hammer to knock slightly.
Use ET9333G cover profile to cover the edge
After fixing all cladding boards, use ET9333G cover profile to cover the edge/end to make it looks good.
Installation Complete
After fixing the corner profiles, check the screws fixed well.
